Hoppe lock gear box is all you need to repair your Hoppe HLS-9000 Multi-point door lock that has a sagging handle or drooping lever handle. - Handle must be over the thumb turn and profile cylinder. (This is typical of all Hoppe Hls-9000 series multipoint door locks)
- Center of handle to center of thumb turn must be 92mm / 3 5/8″ (This is typical of all Hoppe Hls-9000 series multipoint door locks)
- Backset must be 45mm / 1 3/4″ (Very Important, Measure from Edge of Door Panel to Center of Handle)
- Must have a European profile cylinder that is removable when attachment screw on the edge of door panel has been removed.
- This part works only on HLS-9000 multipoint door locks only. It will not work on single point lock applications

Hoppe Lock Gear Box Replacement – HLS-9000 series, 16mm (5/8″) Faceplate. This will replace your broken Hoppe multipoint lock gear drive mechanism. Also repairs sagging or drooping lever handle.
Hoppe Lock Replacement Gear Box Only. This only works on HLS-9000 series locks with 16mm face plates.
